He stayed in constant communication throughout the day, sending me videos and details about the car to make sure I was confident in my decision before making the trip. When I told him I wasn’t from the area, he arranged a 2.5-hour Uber ride so I could get to the dealership—a gesture I truly didn’t expect. When we arrived, the car was in perfect condition and had been freshly cleaned to make sure we had the best experience possible. Ron was patient and clear during the finance process, walking me through everything step by step. He even stayed after hours while I finished setting up my insurance, which took a while since it was my first time buying a car in the States. Even after everything was done, Abdul stayed longer to help us get familiar with the car and make sure we understood how everything worked. That kind of care and attention really meant a lot to us.
