Good morning, WOW! Where do I began. That beautiful Saturday morning. after a trip to the use car lot! I was interested in the vehicle I found on line! I went u To th Where do I began. I went u To the sales office in which I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a young man who stated he would get someone to help me. That was Derek my salesman who gave me a warm and very friendly greeting. We sat down to discuss the reason for my visit. 1. He listened tentatively to what i was looking for, price range etc. dealing with sales in my professional line of work Derek was not the typical fast talking, try to sell this when I was interested in that, just in a hurry to do an application etc. he stuck to the assignment. When I explained I did not want to do an application until the numbers where crunched, and that’s exactly what happened👏🏽👏🏽 2. Whole waiting I decided to get a coffee cake from the machine? (Very stale😂) Ron took it to the front desk and again he told the young man (name; not sure) took care of it immediately, very apologetic no fault of his ! Made it right, gave me 3 cakes😂 he came to me twice after if I need anything, very nice young man (blue suit) 3. Ron: finance what a nice young man again he listen he work with the numbers until I was comfortable with them again did not try to upsell me, or give every reason I should purchase a product. I spent my Saturday there after a long week, but I could not have had a more enjoyable Saturday with this team! I will recommend anyone that’s speaks on a car purchase to come here!
