I had been looking for a new car for about a month. Went to many dealers with nothing but snarky unhelpful salesmen. I finally came back to the cape and saw the sign for Marty's Chevrolet. We stopped i Went to many dealers with nothing but snarky unhelpful salesmen. I finally came back to the cape and saw the sign for Marty's Chevrolet. We stopped in and spoke with the salesman. With in 2 hours they had the car I liked. Had me test drive and had me on the road with my new car within 3 days. I went back to work with a working amazing car, and a smile on my face. Thanks again to everyone who helped me get my new to me car More

I was new to this dealership but unfortunately I wasn't too happy there. Sales person Ron would answer all my questions with confidence but when I found out that he was wrong (and he was wrong multiple tim too happy there. Sales person Ron would answer all my questions with confidence but when I found out that he was wrong (and he was wrong multiple times), he would act like his mistakes are not a big deal (telling me that the car I'm looking at has automatic A/C and heated seats, and uups, it doesn't, not a big deal etc). I picked my car, moved on to see finance guy Derek. We spent in his office literally hours. He made multiple mistakes, we couldn't believe it. We finally left with new car, drove it for 2 weeks when finance guy called me and stated that he found out he made another big mistake and he needs me to come back and resign new sale papers!!. He called me multiple times, offered to meet me closer to my house to get this done (very weird and uncomfortable). I wanted to be the good person and came his way. Sale guy Ron welcomed me and asked me to sign new contract, he had no idea what he was doing, no apology from his side, he stated "well this is not my expertise, I'm just trying to help to my coworker". Finally mqnager David came, explained me what happened and said that magical "sorry" I was waiting for. I'm sorry too, but you definitely lost me as your customer and I will make sure that my friends avoid this place, since it was pretty uncomfortable experience. More
