Excellent Experience Ron Marvo is the man to see at the dealership. I called him with the car that I wanted on the lot. Told him I wanted to do everything over the phone a Ron Marvo is the man to see at the dealership. I called him with the car that I wanted on the lot. Told him I wanted to do everything over the phone as I did not want to spend 3 hours in a dealership. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday morning at 10:30 and Ron had all paperwork ready to sign. I signed, we went over the features of the car and I was out of there in about a half hour or so. Denis Carey, the Sales Manager, came over and introduced himself and gave me his card in case I had any questions or concerns. Great experience working with Ron at the Ray Catena Audi Freehold dealership. Highly recommend. More

However, this dealership made me extremely comfortable and has worked very diligently to resolve an equipment issue on my new Q8, I was conflicted about accepting delivery but I felt that I could trust them to solve the problem. My salesperson Ron Marvo was absolutely fantastic... Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly responsive to my many questions, emails and texts. No quiry went unanswered and he anyways had a smile ready. (Plus, he is a sharp dresser!). Dealership is very clean, comfortable and well organized. Water, coffees,teas, cookies, bagels, spreads, etc. Restrooms were spotless. I highly recommend. More
