I went to purchase a used Audi A4 and I had Ron as my salesman. From transaction from start to finish was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve had ever buying a vehicle. Buying a car can be very stressful and nerve wracking, and may ultimately be seen as a waste of time if things don’t work out, but Ron made sure to provide me allI of the information I need from the onset of the process so that I could make an intelligent decision. In just a solo trip to the dealership, I was able to trade in my vehicle and drive off with the vehicle of my choice. The experience was 10/10, no gimmicks or secrets hidden. Ray Catena, Audi Freehold just might have been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and I’ve purchase multiple Porsche, BMW and Audi in the past. I live an hour from Freehold. Was shopping around and called because they had a particular car in stock. Sales Expert, Ron Marvo, answered and went above and beyond (extremely quickly, I might add) to make sure everything was clear, concise and fast. 95% of the deal was done via text (a normal during the pandemic), so accepted and headed down there. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door with my choice of refreshment and was taken care of quick and safely (dealership is sparkling clean and everyone was wearing masks). Signed a few papers that were already prepared and off I went in less than 40 minutes. Ron was even kind enough to call my insurance and set everything up ahead of time! The car is BEAUTIFUL, I received an amazing deal (best out of 4 dealerships for same car/same options) and service was impeccable. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. More

Our salesman, Ron Marvo, was knowledgeable, fair and efficient. He also seems like a genuinely nice guy who is clearly willing to go the extra mile to accommodate his clients. In short, Ron is not "Car Salesman-ish" at all. Overall, a nice experience and, of course, the cars are lovely. More
