Pleasant, informative, professional, outstanding Having visited several dealerships that day and having had different experiences at each, I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism shown a Having visited several dealerships that day and having had different experiences at each, I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism shown at Atlantic Honda. Ron was informative, knowledgeable about the product and services offered, and was pleasant to work with. In all we were there almost 6 hours from the beginning of the process...looking..to the completion...purchasing a vehicle. During that time we were asked if we were comfortable or needed anything by not only Ron but by his colleagues as well. I did not feel hassled but empowered and know I made the right decision purchasing from this dealership. More

Excellent service appointments and leasing assistance Alex was extremely helpful in efficiently and courteously processing our 2 Honda Civics for service on what was clearly a very busy day for the servic Alex was extremely helpful in efficiently and courteously processing our 2 Honda Civics for service on what was clearly a very busy day for the service dept (November 2015). He thoroughly explained the fairly extensive work needed on one of the cars, and offered reasonable and generous discounts. My wife and I both commented to each other that Alex provided one of the best car customer service experiences we've ever had. (Oh, and while I'm at it, Ron was great to work with a few months ago back in June 2015 on our leasing deal--also great customer service!) We're new to Atlantic Honda, but we'll definitely be ongoing customers now. Thanks. More
