The dealer jacked the MSRP up$10,000. I feel they took advantage of my age and the market. I needed a new car and there was only one I liked. They have helped me buy not one but three car to date and it has certainly been the best car shopping experience that I've ever had. My sales contact Ron Moore and manager Patrick are the best. I have never been so happy and confident to buy a car as I've been with them. My last car experience was for my roommate and we called Ron at 4 pm told him what we were looking for and how much we can pay and two hours later when we got to the dealer they had the perfect little car for my roommate. She has never been so happy how everything worked out so smoothly and perfect. Thankyou Jenkins Ford for having such thoughtful and knowledgeable sales people. In my book you are always number one. The service department seems to be good. I have deleted an earlier negative review. I did this because I was wrong. I had a meeting with the general manager in regard to my earlier negative review. Jenkins Ford has gone way beyond what would have been fair to make it all good. I can highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and sincere concern for their customers. More
