From the cheery smile and greeting from the customer service girl when you first walk into the showroom, to sales and financial staff to Bill DeLord himself. They truly are there to help you have a great experience when looking for and buying the vehicle you chose. They really do roll out the red carpet for you. They give you a tour of the show room, service department and perks if you are waiting for your car repair. They really want you to have a wonderful experience. Like I said, today I have purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bill DeLord and will never go any where else for they are literally like family folks. If you are searching for a vehicle or thinking about purchasing one in the near future please go see what Bill DeLord has. You will be so glad you did. This was by far the most easy and best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime. Ron went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience enjoyable instead of a battle about price. The finance people were just as pleasant and helpful. They actually found me a better interest rate than any of the other dealerships I had dealt with. They also gave me more for my trade in than any other dealer.
