This is the third automobile I have purchased from Plaza as like always they provided excellent service. It all started with salesman Ron Oldham. He took the time to hear our interests and found the car that fit our needs and desires. Morgan Knox is the person that even further enhanced my experience at Plaza Infinity. She put forth the effort to make sure she understood my concerns with a problem I was having with the car and followed up with me making sure the problem was resolved. Great job. More

I am extremely happy with Plaza service team. Morgan Knox was truly interested in solving the issue I had with my car. She kept me informed of all that was going on to resolve the issue. I have had my car serviced by Plaza since 2012. I use to rate them Five Stars, but in the last two years service has gone down hill. I would compare them with any domestic service provider. They wanted to rate them Five Stars, but in the last two years service has gone down hill. I would compare them with any domestic service provider. They wanted to tell me that I need my valve cover gaskets replaced for $675. They had replaced them two ago and already failing? I questioned the repair and the service person could not answer the question, just that they needed to be replaced today. I asked what determines the repair and again they could not answer the question. If you have someone that is talking to the customer please make sure they are knowledgeable about cars and repairs. This really makes me question if I should continue to take my car to Plaza. More
