The gentleman I dealt (I believe it was Ron) with was very nice and thorough. Was able to answer all my questions and sent me a video of the car as well. With the market now days they did give me a lit very nice and thorough. Was able to answer all my questions and sent me a video of the car as well. With the market now days they did give me a little off so I consider that as a win. Took about 1 week total to get so not bad at all seeing as it was shipped from Ohio to TX. More

This dealer sold me a BMW M5 without disclosing the vehicle had a prior race tune which had caused BMW to VOID the warranty on the car. The tune was verified deleted by dealer prior to sale. The motor vehicle had a prior race tune which had caused BMW to VOID the warranty on the car. The tune was verified deleted by dealer prior to sale. The motor blew up within 30 days of receipt of the car. The motor cost $47k to replace and was not covered by warranty due to prior VOID. NONE of this was disclosed concerning tune or BMW warranty void. Owner of business said sue me Charlie no problem. I bought from out of state. This dealer is a CROOK and you have no clue what you are truly getting from them. Strongly encourage to buy anywhere but here!!!! More

Everything started off great. They were very responsive and we got everything out together quickly. Picked up the car from a neighboring state. Got home and found smashed glass sh They were very responsive and we got everything out together quickly. Picked up the car from a neighboring state. Got home and found smashed glass shards in the trunk and I mean a lot of them. They needed a day to make things perfect to detail this car but missed that the rear windshield must have been broken at some point and never cleaned out the broken glass. Detailed? Like mud covered winter floor mats in the trunk. Rear window shade, just disconnected according to them is actually broken. Obviously a part of whatever happened to the rear windshield breakage. Called them to talk to them about this and they said sorry everyone involved in my sale was too busy to talk to me but would call me asap. Didn’t hold my breath waiting for that to happen, they got their money and I got the middle finger. Was planning on buy a 911 turbo within the next two years. That will happen but not thru then. All my friends and acquaintances love their high end cars and I will make sure I pass the word out to avoid this place at all costs. More

Far from Perfect. Recently bought a Porsche 911 from this dealer and everything was great initially. The sales and finance team were very responsive getting back t Recently bought a Porsche 911 from this dealer and everything was great initially. The sales and finance team were very responsive getting back to me within minutes and following up. Initially they tried to pressure me into buying while the car was still at the shop saying that there was another person interested, but I told them that until the car was inspected and I could get an actual video of the car I was not pulling the trigger. Within hours they told me everything came back ok and sent me the video. I asked for the report and they said that they will email it to me, however they never did. First Red Flag! I decided to proceed with the purchase and told them that since I was driving from a nearing state I could stop and pick it up. On multiple occasions I provided my Estimated Time of Arrival (4 hours and 1 hour before finally arriving). When I finally arrived the car was not even close to being ready for delivery. The car was extremely dirty, needed plates, gas even though I had told that I was on a schedule as I still needed to drive an additional 3hrs. They had me wait approximately 4hrs before they handed me the car. Anyways the Sales Rep. apologize for the delay and let me know that the car airbag light was on due to a change of battery but that they would like for me take to it to a Porsche Dealership in my state to have it checked. He specifically mentioned and I quote "Take to a Porsche dealership and if there is anything that comes up, we will take care of it no questions asked" then he went on saying how they pride themselves of providing the perfect auto experience without hassles and worries. I schedule the appointment at the dealership and ask for them to look at the airbag light and since a safety and emissions inspection are required at my state I asked them to do the as well. The car fails the safety inspection, which if the dealer would have done the inspection should have been revealed in the report. I contact the Sales and Finance Rep that I had been in contact with, and now they are no longer as quick to answer. Received a text back saying that they were looking into it. Almost a week later I get a call saying that they will not be covering the costs of repairs. The Rep said that I took it to a Porsche dealer and that they tend to find stuff on cars for them to fix. I informed him that this was not the Porsche Mechanic but a Licensed State Inspector and that they would not jeopardize their license for nonsense fixes. He said sorry can't help you. Reached out to the Sales Rep gave me the same response he gave earlier "that they had discussed something different and that he will figure it out" He left a voice note that he later deleted. Reached back when the car was done, he gave me the same response will talk with the team and see what they are thinking. All in all, horrible experience and was very disappointed how they handle the situation! The repair was not even that expensive, however they decided to manage it the worst way possible. Wouldn't recommend. Find a more reputable dealer and take your business there. More
