Salesman said they would put new battery in before being picked up. Battery was not replaced. Took to mechanic, had replaced, $400 with labor. The worst used car buying experience ive ever had and i buy a new convertible every three years,This was an out of state purchase with delivery(2008 BMW Z4).Ron was completly useless,would not return call buy a new convertible every three years,This was an out of state purchase with delivery(2008 BMW Z4).Ron was completly useless,would not return calls emails or text.said he needed car for seven to ten days to check it over and replace leaking oil pan and repair small dent on front quarter panel after three weeks of no updates he called all happy cars ready dent is fixed.Dave sent me some pics and dent was still there.back to the shop. Took 32 days to recieve car,was told by multiple sales people car runs and drives great,recieved car on passenger seat was a list says car runs rough on idle.they could not replace a broken windshield wiper or install washer fliud cap,to top it off it has three run flat tires and one regular tire,Come on guys at least try to live up to your name a little bit.After six new plugs and coils car runs smooth,Safety issue with tire ill have to deal with when when i recieve tittle in 30 days. Will be writing reviews on cars.com and cargurus thanks alot guys Karl That was my original review written may 15 2021. They did send me 5 hundred to buy tires, with alignment and instalation only had to add 350 to it. 30 days into the car now,had to replaced front control arms ,control arm bushing ,sway bar links,tie rod ends, front stuts, cracked stut mounts.Spent all day today replacing rear trailing arm bushings and rear shocks. Into the car about 1500 not including my time.Next weekend ill deal with idle issue,At least the car drives like a BMW now.I would highly recomend not making an online purchase with not even close to Perfect auto collection if you can not test drive dont buy it Karl More

Its has a clean, modern appeal and they really make you feel that they appreciate your being there. The finalities were handled professionally and quickly. Everything went so smoothly that I have no negatives to report. I had a quick response to my inquiry and in hind sight and most importantly, I bought a very well kept car that was perfect to it's advertisement and information at a respectable price, Trust me, this is not Mom and Dad's used car lot. Super experience, good people, great cars. More

The car is amazing pricing is good Ron was very responsive to all my questions at start of the sale. I wanted to add GAP insurance and offered to pay out of pocket the few hundred bucks was told I responsive to all my questions at start of the sale. I wanted to add GAP insurance and offered to pay out of pocket the few hundred bucks was told I didn't need it but always good to have was never followed up with to purchase it before delivery. The day I received it I also had to replace a secondary 250.00 battery and I was assured that there were no warning lights on dash. The car is great service was great but always room for improvement.
