I came in with a battery issue, and they not only charged it but found a blown fuse and replaced it—and they didn't even charge me for it. In an industry where people often feel taken advantage of, they showed real integrity and care for someone who just needed to get back on the road safely.
I want to give a huge shout-out to the gentleman at the service desk and the valet gentleman who helped me. Even though I didn't catch their names, their friendliness and professionalism were a breath of fresh air. They treated me like a neighbor, not just a customer.
