I took several hours out of his day and he never made me feel rushed. The only thing I was sure about was a warranty but was not sure what I wanted. I also gave Ron a ball park figure I was wanting for a car payment, Ron came very close to what I needed. Ron let me drive several cars before I made up my mind. Ron, was very outgoing, friendly and understanding. My credit was not good, But Ron made me feel good and that I was just as important as anyone else who walked into the car lot. Ron is a outstanding employee and Spitzer should be honored to have a outstanding employee working for them. I will come back to Spitzer again and recommend them to all of my friends who work at Richland Correctional. Thank you Ron for a outstanding experience. More
