Absolutely Wonderful! A-one! I have never had a brand new vehicle before and I was a bit uneasy going out there. Ron was absolutely amazing. My buying experience So far I am very satisfied with my experience with Spitzer KIA. Ron Stephan, my Sales Associate was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Ron treated me with great respect and laughed at all my jokes and helped me feel confident I was making a wise decision in purchasing my new KIA Soul. Not once did I feel as if I was doing Ron a favor purchasing my KIA from him. I told Ron of my past experience with dealerships and their service departments. Ron took me to the service department and introduced me to Jeremy Lawhun, Service Advisor. I explained to them, for me, the service department is what makes or breaks a dealership. I explained to Jeremy I expected to be taken seriously and treated with respect, not like I'm a stupid woman. I drive the car, I know if something is right. Jeremy assured me he understood where I was coming from and I believed him. But time will tell. Thanks again to Ron for his service. More

Walked on to the dealership where the car I had inquired about was parked with my name on it for a test drive. It was a Used Kia Forte5 Hatchback and the salesman Ron and I took it out for a test drive. When we returned the manager had already figured that with everything considered a NEW 2017 payment wise wouldn't be much different. They were right and now i am driving this Awesome car that I love..... Thanks Ron was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!!! More
