Wow! Amazing! What an experience! I have been to many dealerships in my days. Yes I have made some purchases. I have NEVER had the experience I had with Ron at Spitzer! Ron answered I have been to many dealerships in my days. Yes I have made some purchases. I have NEVER had the experience I had with Ron at Spitzer! Ron answered all our questions and was friendly , patient, and informative. I will always consider using him in the future. I might also add that the Diane "Dee" Bumpus was excellent s well. Very courteous and explained everything too. I previously looked online and had something in mind prior to heading to Spitzer. As for color I might have gone a few different directions. Please know that this does not mean I'm disappointed. The car I purchased has become a dream to me! Much more than I anticipated. Feature loaded and SEXY! WOW. My vehicle search started online. I knew what I was looking for. Alot of miles were driven looking around. "Many" test drives were taken. Every salesm My vehicle search started online. These salesmen did their best to push me into purchasing. Each time I walked out. I am highly allergic to high pressure salesman!!! I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle at Spitzer Motors Manfield. Ron Stephan allowed me to make my own decision. No pressure!!!!! He was there to answer my questions. I purchased this vehicle about one thousand miles ago. Ron has reached out by texting and emailing me to make sure I am satified. I feel strongly that nobody hears from any of the high pressure guys after the sale is completed. Ron made me feel comfortable. Ron changed my mind in the smoothest and most courteous way I h When I took my 2014 Kia in for scheduled service, I never expected to buy a new car. Ron changed my mind in the smoothest and most courteous way I have ever experienced in a car dealership. My wife and I wanted to have breakfast while my car was being serviced and he stepped up with a suggestion that we take a Kia from Spitzer's inventory. We took him up on the suggestion, and when we returned, he sat in the lounge with us and told us about the new Kia. I had no idea he was actually convincing me I deserved a new car for several minutes of our talk. When I realized it, I told him what price I would pay for a new car that interested me. He left us for a few minutes, and came back with "an offer I couldn't refuse." I am a retired business professor, and if I were still working, I would invite him to speak to my classes on the art of closing the deal. He is great salesman, and after the sale, he took all the time I needed to learn all of the features of my new car. Congratulations, Spitzer, for recognizing a friendly, efficient, dedicated person to serve your organization. Every employee we came into contact with that day was great!
