Worst experience I've had, lied to from moment one on this deal, called my wife and I both liars! Will not be back! Was told that I couldn't ride the motorcycle due to insurance reasons and the owner w this deal, called my wife and I both liars! Will not be back! Was told that I couldn't ride the motorcycle due to insurance reasons and the owner would not allow test rides. When I called as soon as I came home to let them know that the speedometer didnt work I was told to talk to Ron the next day. He was off so it didnt happen until Monday. When I called him on it he was very aggressive and said I was a liar and there was nothing he could do for me, he said he was doing me a favor by selling this to me at a discount price and claimed to have to eat fees because it was a motorcycle. Really dissatisfied and disappointed as they claim to be about honesty and integrity. Buyer beware! More

Great experience.. Last year we bought a new 2018 Chev Trax and have had nothing but trouble with it. Ron Stratton called New Years Eve with an offer to take the Trax a Last year we bought a new 2018 Chev Trax and have had nothing but trouble with it. Ron Stratton called New Years Eve with an offer to take the Trax and put us in a new Silverado. The offer was too good to pass up. Aaron Murdock, our usual salesman also drove it to Cle Elum to deliver and finalize the paperwork. That to me is above taking care of your customer! I appreciate all you have done for us! More

I typically dont take the time to write reviews, but Windy Chevrolet here in my home town of Eburg has this young man named Brandon who gave me the best experience I've had at any dealership I've been t Windy Chevrolet here in my home town of Eburg has this young man named Brandon who gave me the best experience I've had at any dealership I've been to. He's nothing like the prototypical salesman....just a genuine kid trying to help you make a big decision without any of the nonsense. To be honest, I didn't expect to buy a car here. I figured I'd get an idea on how much they would give me for my vehicle and then due in part to larger competing dealers in the central washington surrounding area, someone would offer me more for my trade in and give me a better price on what I was looking for but that wasn't the case. Brandon helped me work with his sales manager, Jordan ( Aslo a super nice young man) to give me a price I thought was fair for my trade in. Additionally, the KIA they sold me was a better deal than other ones I researched in competing areas. Buying vehicles is always painful for me, but this crew made the experience way less stressful. Thanks again for all the help fellas, and tell Ron I'll be leaving with the TV next time :) More

Misleading, confusing, pushy I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleadi I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleading information and not following through with what they said. Recently they recommended new plugs and wires and wanted to charge over $750. When I referenced it with another Chevy shop, they said that was outrageous and should only be around $400. Probably will only use for oil changes moving forward. More
