We had a great buying experience with Ron Ventura at BMW of Catonsville. As others have noted, he is a consummate professional with a positive attitude and provided comprehensive support throughout the process. When he called to advise that our prior client advisor had left the company, he then followed up with a video of himself explaining all steps that would follow. That personal touch to provide the video let us know he is much more than just a voice on the other end of the phone. When delivery approached, we were fully prepared with all the documentation ready. Ron recognized that my wife and I are veterans and prepared a military discount application that he learned had recently became available with the I4. We didn’t even think to ask at delivery because it wasn’t available when we placed the order. We are extremely grateful to Ron for that additional savings as icing on the cake with the delivery of the new car. Originally I was planning to go to the Silver Spring BMW location based on proximity to my house. The associate there did not have the enthusiasm and followup as one would expect..., *even though* if I tes location based on proximity to my house. Maybe a neon sign hanging around my neck that I was ready to buy, would've helped? Ron, from first phone call to introduce himself to the final congrats regarding the new purchase, was awesome to work with. Even my good friend and my wife loved how personable he was when they talked to him. He has convinced me and others that have met him, that they would check with him when they are interested in buying a new BMW. Consummate professional and a nice guy all around. I was a bit nervous as I came from out of state and purchased my vehicle ahead of time. Harold was fabulous, from beginning to end. He wanted to ensure our vehicle was exactly as I had hoped upon my ar purchased my vehicle ahead of time. Harold was fabulous, from beginning to end. He wanted to ensure our vehicle was exactly as I had hoped upon my arrival. He also arrived early to accommodate my travel needs, while also checking in to be sure I made the 6 hour ride home safely. Everyone was very helpful, and I especially appreciated the Finance Manager Jhonayra helping me in making my decisions, she was excellent. Although it was a distance, I plan on sharing this information with friends and family. More
