Absolutely amazing customer service! ! When I tell you that you need to come here and that this dealership goes above and beyond expectations I'm being so serious. I'm not getting any kin ! I'm not getting any kind of credit for leaving this review this is God's honest truth! I had Shola Ogunjobi help me today, I was able to get an amazing vehicle within my price range and I could not be more happier! Please go and ask for Shola he went above and beyond and took great care of me as if I were his family. This is a family owned dealership so they work 1000000000000 percent better than any regular dealership I've ever been to!! Please seriously do yourself a favor and dont go get your credit pulled a million times at other dealerships if I was able to get a vehicle today you will too!! Shola and the team were personally on the phone with the banks negotiating and doing their magic! I will be buying my next vehicle from them when I'm ready to move on up!! More

Good afternoon, my name is Damon Denstone. I didn’t meet you yesterday but wanted to share my experience regarding your team. We were treated professionally by Romario upon entering your esta I didn’t meet you yesterday but wanted to share my experience regarding your team. We were treated professionally by Romario upon entering your establishment, however it was after that that failed my experience. After meeting 3 different sales team and managers I walked out of your facility. I was treated with respect from Ron but after attempting to clarify details in pricing and incentives along came additional salesman that promoted your business in a very unprofessional manor. I was spoken to like a child and felt bullied at several instances. Your sales manager ( wish I could remember his name) could have cared less about making a sale rather wanted to try to insert himself as if he was more supreme and knowledgeable than I. He had to make sure I was aware that he has “ sold over 40,000” vehicles as if that made him better than me. He immediately conversed in a confrontational and stern manor as to intimidate me. After about 2 minutes I stood up and walked out. As we exited, I was greeted with a condescending “have a great day” loud another the show floor could hear. I strongly encourage you work with you team regarding customer service as I will be sure to share my experience with anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. My niece is a marketing manger for GM in Detroit and I will be identifying who else in the corporate offices should hear about my experience. On a side note, I went Vans Chevrolet and had an amazing experience where we purchased the new vehicle Best regards, Damon More
