I live three and a half hours from Cary and will gladly make the trip again in the future to be a part of the experience you get from this dealership. When in the market again for myself, my wife, or anyone else in my family, I will begin my search with Audi Cary. Hat's off to Ron Farrow, Ed Vaughan, Hugh Bodenstine and John Martin for the most pleasurable experience I have ever had with an automotive dealership. I’m thrilled with my used Volvo S60 purchase- it’s even better than expected. Immaculate and drives like a dream. Even my car salesman friend was impressed! At one point there was a miscommunication about a fee, but they took full responsibility for it and made it right, much to my surprise. I know this dealership has had some harsh reviews (mostly of the service department) in the past, but they seem to be working diligently to repair that reputation. More
