Mr. Carrick, When you pulled into our service department yesterday there were 15 vehicles in front of you with that were either drop off appointments or waiter appointments. You immediately started cursing and demanding to be moved in front of the other appointments. Then when the service manager came to help you lost control and cursed at him. Dennis is a very calm collective person and I have never seen him lose his cool with any customer or employee. He was trying to assist you but it seamed like all you wanted to do was yell and curse with everyone standing around. Regardless of your situation, did anyone curse back at you before you came into my office and started cursing at me?? No only when you cursed at me and Dennis is when I met your level and said to leave. If you would like to bring the vehicle back in and let us see what we can do, I will allow it but only if you can keep your composure and not curse at my employees or me.

I don't trust your service department. I was there a month ago at fast lane for basic oil change services. My tires were not inspected or rotated as is supposed to be done per fast lane. I only became enraged when I was told it would be a couple hours. For an alliagnment REALLY and then I had to wait for a shuttle. I also don't trust your service department after doing some research. Nothing but negative complaints about your business. You will be contacted by Chrysler and the Better Business Bureau shortly. I only wish you luck in your new position as this has to be the worsted example of mismanagement and inadequate management

Just reread your message. Your a real basket case lying like this. No one had an appointment all oil changes. Tell yourself what ever you want your service department is a joke
