We visited Empire Hyundai to purchase a used vehicle for my husband. We previously purchased 3 vehicles there, a Hyndai Accent, a Hyundai Elantra and a Hyundai Tiburon. We have always received excellent customer service therefore did not hesitate to return there. Since my husband was on a certain budget he opted for a used vehicle. Ron was very accommodating in showing us a vehicle that my met my husband's needs and that in fact he was very impressed with after test driving. We are both once again very happy with the service. We are also happy with the warranty that went with this car. As far as the service dept. we already know that they are excellent. We would not hesitate to return to Empire Hyundai and to also have Ron assist us with any future vehicle purchases. More

After being ran back and forth between my bank St Anns credit Union and Fall River Toyota. For a deal that wasn't gonna happen. I walked into this Dealership. First person that walked up to me was the Fin credit Union and Fall River Toyota. For a deal that wasn't gonna happen. I walked into this Dealership. First person that walked up to me was the Finance Manger, the Ron Web. We stood and talked. while I explained having totally messed up credit ( 400's ) and being ran around by the aforementioned agencies . Finance manager said " let me run you and see if we can help." Ron Stepped right in took my credit report an hour later I drove off the lot in a 2012 Chevy Impala. Price that beat what my bank would have approved. the Service that i received from Ron went far above and beyond what I expected. I have sold Cars for years in different markets. I have been in sales, Guest services, and Customer Services for 30+ years. Ron did all that I would have done. His professionalism. and Making me comfortable w/ each step was great. His delivery was Superb. even to the point of driving me home to get proof of address that i forgot to bring. I have already started handing out Ron's Cards to my friends and coworkers that are trying to find a vehicle and having problems. Ron Webb was not the stereotypical conartist car salesman. He was incredibly polite, down to earth, personable, understanding, and fun. He was the first salesman that approached me in the lot on the 90 degree day in my shorts, tanktop and dishevled hair. Without judgment, he introduced himself with a genuine smile and firm handshake. He asked me what I was looking for and my price range. I was a tough customer because I refused to budge from the price I wanted for my trade-in and he worked with me for two days to get the price to where I wanted it. He was very helpful and considerate in helping me narrow down my search for a new stylish and spacious car for a mom of two teens and an involved aunty of two toddlers. We narrowed it down to the 2013 Sonata that I managed to get an INCREDIBLE deal on thanks to Ron's hard work and dedication to me the customer. My experience at Empire Hyundai with Ron Webb was amazing and I recommend Ron Webb to anyone looking for a new or used car because for him it doesn't matter about his wallet. He only cares that you leave with a smile on your face, happy and satisfied. I drove my new 2013 Hyundai Sonata all the way home with a smile ear to ear. More

Mr. Ronald Webb was very pleasant to work with, he didn't use any high pressure techniques and it was a straight forward purchase. Walking into this experience I never thought I would walk away with a brand new 2013 car. Being a first time buyer, and a younger adult with barely any credit history I was very skeptical. I thought and I would of needed a co-signer (in which case, I wouldn't be able to get the car). I worked with Ron and was able to pick out a car that was affordable being it was my first financing option. We talked back and forth about pricing until we were right where I wanted to be...not only that they are going to add on Bluetooth to my brand new 2013! I got the downpayment I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted and got somebody who was real, upfront, and didn't sugarcoat anything at all. I've been to many other dealerships before. The salespeople always seem to either know NOTHING about the vehicles or they know everything and they're great. Ron was one of the great.
