They are straight shooters, with no double talk and the deal on paper was exactly like the deal we verbally agreed upon. Because of a previous commitment, I couldn't finish the purchase the same day that we reached a verbal agreement. I came back 2 days later to complete the purchase and paperwork it was prepared exactly like we had agreed 2 days prior. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have had in years and I'm no spring chicken.
