The fact that BMW ensures I have a loaner vehicle while my car is being worked on has been an absolute lifesaver and has made the entire process so much more convenient for me. When I initially considered returning to the Mercedes Dealership in Jackson, I was disheartened by their lack of emphasis on customer service and the absence of loaner vehicles.
