My experience with the service department who handled my oil change was great. I am concerned about feedback from servicemen who do not follow through when there are issues with my car like factory warr oil change was great. I am concerned about feedback from servicemen who do not follow through when there are issues with my car like factory warranty paint and repairs, and I never get a response on my questions or concerns like my paint peeling off my car. I was told by one of the servicemen on the date I came in for service that they had submitted pictures ( I had sent in pictures weeks ago) of my car's paint issues, and that he would contact me this week. I have not heard from anyone. I am not used to service from BMW of Meridian like this. More
