I was provided exactly what I wanted and not one person detracted from my experience. My sales person I believe Denni was newer but very helpful. The podium managers specifically Rosalba was awesome. She gave me a number on a vehicle that made me get up and leave another dealership mid deal. She delivered everything promised. Used car manager gave me super fair price on my trade. Finance manager was straight forward and super helpful explaining everything. They have earned a lifetime customer as long as these people are still working there. They will be getting referrals as well. Keep up the awesome work!!! More

Marcos Pena is the man to see!!! HONEST! Easy to deal with! I had been to a few other dealerships with shifty salesmen, and big hidden fees, but when I got to Fordham Toyota, there was none of that. Marcos Pena was extremely friendly and honest from the beginning. He put me at ease right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend who wanted to help me, and not a car salesman. By the time I was working with Rosalba Santana to hammer out the final price, there was nothing forced or aggressive, and we both negotiated a very fair deal for both of us. She is extremely easy to talk to and I didn't feel any pressure from anyone from start to finish. I ended up buying my car with minimum time or hassle. All in about Few hours compared to other dealers where they have you there all day. I was able to use my own credit union for financing, and they never tried to pressure me to use their team. Jenry Castillo was also extremely easy to deal with and I would definitely go back for my next car. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a no nonsense experience and no hidden fees. Great Experience. The web page is saying I didn't buy the car...buy I did buy the car. I would shop here again in a second. More

Him and the other staff made us feel comfortable and provided coloring books for my daughter while we discussed business. The staff are all friendly and not pushy.
