Very Positive Experience This was the third Toyota dealership we went to in one day- and the only one that actually delivered on what they promised over the phone. They did not have the color car we wanted in stock so they ordered it and had it within a few hours. THe staff were welcoming and friendly- they went out of their way to help us and meet our needs. The manager went out of his way to ask about my experience before I left and they have called and emailed us to make sure that everything went smoothly. We worked with a woman named Rosalba who was wonderful! We will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. More

However, they are very dishonest, and if you do not pay attention to the details, they do not help you to know it. Fordham Toyota likes to work saying half-truths, or they just skip things. Before, I gave them a good review because i received a email offer me some money if I do that, so I decided to forget the negative things and say the only positive thing which is that I get my car. Nobody paid the money that was offered me, so now I am saying the whole situation. I feel better now. Nobody have to believe me, but at least you will think about what I am saying at the moment to buy in this place. honestly, I have not much experience buying things so expensive like a new car and maybe that's why they understood that they could try to fool me. The thing is that they made me pay about $ 3,200 in things that were not necessary to buy my car; things that were optional. They used half-truths to make me think that all those things were necessary. And although I could cancel those services, all this left a bad taste in buying my first car. My final recommendation is do not trust sellers. They smile a lot and are very kind but their goal is to sell no matter what. More

There was no haggling- I set a price, she beat it :) She's also a sweetheart to talk to making the waiting periods go by quick. *after everything was set and done the management honored a check-in deal as well knocking a couple hundred more off the final price- very great service in a usually sleazy/intimidating setting. I was referred to this specific dealer and to Jose Concepcion by a good friend of mine. At first as anyone else I was a bit skeptical meeting strangers since my past experiences with dealerships have Concepcion by a good friend of mine. Well, I was in for a treat since Jose was very helpful and introduced me to a young lady named Rosalba Garrido. She was awesome! she made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgable as I asked many technical and general questions on the car. Being that it was my first time leasing I had many questions. I must say the team effort was impeccable! To make things more interesting I traded my old car and I must add that they really helped me with the appraised value. They have valet services so you do not need to worry about finding parking and its free... Once all was in place with my new car, I was sent to sit with the financial manager, Nelson Taveras. What a cool guy! he started with saying "are you ready to hear the best news ever"? Obviously wanted to learn about. He worked his magic and set my monthly payments less then the projected payment budgeted! These guys rock and they do help. With Jose Concepcion, Rosalba, Nelson and the rest of the team I must add that they are great at what they do! I personally recommend Fordham Toyota for your car needs! F.R. More
