Rosalie Weiss was an excellent example of integrity and what a Lexus associate should be. I've never had so much fun buying a vehicle. She made sure to answer our questions and reduce our anxiety. Dependability. After owning a 2010 & a 2013 ES350, we decided on a new model. We likely could have driven them another 100,000 miles! Approaching a luxury car dealership, comes with a small amount of trepidation on how the staff will treat customers. Those fears were unfounded the moment we met Rosie Weiss at Lexus of Milwaukee She listened to our high level needs, then dove in to what we wanted from a new Lexus. We could have ended up at any Lexus dealer, but I'm so glad we chose this one. We lucked out. Special shout out to Hunter for the new Lexus introduction. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Incentives/Dealer addons: Rosalie ensured we received all incentives and rebates available to us. She even helped with a better interest rate! Finding the 'right' vehicle. I was torn between two vehicle types. Rosalie patiently and thoroughly took me through the pros and what might be cons for me. When we determined the one I wanted, it wasn't in stock. She looked at inventory at other locations, and found the perfect ES350 F Sport. Within 15 minutes!! The car was quickly delivered. The best experience I've had purchasing a new car. More

Rosie is fantastic! She was very patient & listened to all my concerns. She answered all my questions & knew all the ins & outs of the Lexus models I was interested in ( She was very patient & listened to all my concerns. She answered all my questions & knew all the ins & outs of the Lexus models I was interested in (RX350h & NX 350h). I would have purchased a new 2024 RX but circumstances in my life changed and made that impossible. But when the opportunity arises again I will purchase my next vehicle with Rosie at Lexus. More

For over 10 years I have brought my vehicles to Lexus of Milwaukee, due largely in part to Dmitry Kaprolov! When I found that my CT was growing too old for my tastes, the sales team (Rosie!) was able to get Milwaukee, due largely in part to Dmitry Kaprolov! When I found that my CT was growing too old for my tastes, the sales team (Rosie!) was able to get me into a test drive and start the purchasing process right when I wanted to. Rosie made amazing efforts to ensure that all my questions were answered and ensured we were comfortable for the times we had to wait. We didn't feel any pressure to make the purchase, and Rosie Weiss was very clear and communicative through the whole process (even when there were some hiccups with securing some property left in the CT when sold - she made this right). My wife and I think that the finance and final paperwork process was lacking. It took far too long, and at times was disorganized, to the point where some paperwork was missed by Jeff Winters and he had to rush out to us before we left the premises. We do realize that the paperwork was completed towards the end of the business day, but there were some tangential conversations that dragged out the whole process when expediting should have been the first priority. Make this process digital! While these are relatively minor qualms, they still leave a sour taste about the pruchasing process (I don't see a way to rate him specifically on here like other staff, but would give 3/5). Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase, quality of service, and willingness to go above and beyond for final touches! It's this type of service that keeps me coming back (and the excellent service department)! More
