I think this is one of the finest dealers I have ever dealt with. Their sales people are experienced, professional and respond to the needs of their customer. Hassle free experience. They were quite busy the day I went to finalize the sale so there was a bit of a wait to meet finance person but once in her office she took her time to make sure I understood ever went to finalize the sale so there was a bit of a wait to meet finance person but once in her office she took her time to make sure I understood everything. I also liked how you meet with a different person to go over some of the controls in the car. I would say that was also rushed but they schedule a xxu to answer any questions a few weeks out which is a great idea. More

Great sales and service experience We first went to another Subaru dealer to purchase our Legacy. It was the worst experience we ever had buying a car in 40 years. They didn't have th We first went to another Subaru dealer to purchase our Legacy. It was the worst experience we ever had buying a car in 40 years. They didn't have the exact car we wanted in stock and we felt they were not interested in helping us get a car. So we left and went to Miller. They didn't have the car we wanted either but were more than happy the work out a great deal and ordered us exactly the car we wanted. They made the sales process stress free. When our car came in they went over all of the features. Initially we passed on the extended warranties. However, the next day we decided to get two of them. Even though the paperwork & financing was done they had no problem getting us what we wanted. They arranged a service time to prepare our car the next day and completed the service quickly and hassle free. They answered all of our questions and we had plenty since it had been 15 years since we purchased a new car and there are plenty of new features to learn. The sales and service personnel are friendly and professional and have purchasing our new legacy very enjoyable. We love the car and are so glad we went to Miller. More

Always Trust Miller Subaru and Jay Fralin ! I have been lucky because I have gotten 4 new Subarus from Miller Subaru so I know what I’m talking about when I say you can put all your trust in Mil I have been lucky because I have gotten 4 new Subarus from Miller Subaru so I know what I’m talking about when I say you can put all your trust in Miller. I have dealt with all the other Subaru dealerships in south Jersey and the contrast between Miller and the other dealers is startling. Miller takes such good care of their customers and you leave there happy and satisfied that you got the best car at the best deal. Jay Fralin has been my salesperson for the past 2 Subarus and what I like about Jay is that he is straightforward and positive, making the process pleasant and simple, always producing the best price and keeping the transaction easy for the customer. He even calls to wish me Happy Birthday and to check on how the car is performing for me. Miller also has the best delivery of cars, with Graham giving a great orientation into the finer points of the vehicle and Miller gives people lots of perks and good reliable service and maintenance. Appointments are easy to make, and they always wash your car when you have it serviced. Thank you to Jay Fralin and all the wonderful people at Miller that make my car ownership so rewarding! More
