She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and never once made me feel pressured. What really stood out was how seamless she made the entire experience. Whether it was explaining features, arranging a test drive, or walking me through financing options, Rose was organized and genuinely supportive at every step.
