My experience with Naples Acura has been amazingly consistent. I have either leased or purchased 4 vehicles from sales associate George Lazzarotto. Never once did I feel pressured, or rushed. He knows the Acura brand inside and out, and is a pleasure to work with. My last purchase was a previously owned, one owner 2005 Acura MDX. I had recently leased a Volkswagen and while it was a nice vehicle, I was having difficulty getting in and out of it. George found me the MDX, and I couldn't be happier with it. My wife asked me why I was going to call George after I decided to change out the Volkswagen, and I said because I trust him. That trust was well founded because when I discovered what turned out to be a broken air distribution fan under the dash the next day after picking up the car, George and General Manager Ross Levy did not hesitate one second. They agreed to repair the fan at the dealers expense. With the car well out of warranty , they could have done otherwise, but they didn't. That type of customer care is why I will return again for my 5th car from Naples Acura. I'm just hoping George will not retire before I need another vehicle. Thanks George, and Ross.! More

The procees began with an inquiry to the TRUEcar website looking for a dealership willing to provide us with a guaranteed special price on a new 2015 Acura before we walked into the showroom. Mr Joe Eisenberg of Naples Acura responded quickly to our inquiry with an excellent price. Armed with the TRUEcar discount paperwork we drove to the dealership and were warmly greeted by Mr. Matt Nolan. He had our desired make and model MDX ready for us to take out for a test drive. Matt walked us through all the complexities of leasing versus purchasing and made it easy for us to reach a decision that was the best one for 'us' as opposed to the dealer. Matt took the time to explain all the amenities available to the owners/drivers of a new Acura MDX(and there are a lot) and his product knowledge was of great assistance. We were more than pleased with how smooth this car buying experience went. It has been less than a week so far but we are definitely happy we decided to go with an Acura MDX and that we went to Naples Acura to get this vehicle. More
