I recently had a poor experience at a different dealership with regard to some extr It is refreshing to have a pleasant experience with a car dealer. I recently had a poor experience at a different dealership with regard to some extra charges driving up the advertised online price of a vehicle. Kisselback Ford, however, was very up front with dealer fees that were much more reasonable. The entirety of the negotiation process was done over the phone and through digital means. Ross was honest and professional through the entire process. While prepping the vehicle for deliver, after we had agreed on a price, he noticed some scratches that were not visible from the photos and called me immediately as well as sent me close up photos. This honesty instilled confidence that buying a used car online was the right decision. Ross brought the vehicle out to me that day and allowed me to take a test drive by myself before sealing the deal. I enjoyed my experience with Kisselback Ford and Ross, and I recommend this dealership. More
