We have had our new Suburu Outback for little over a week and very much enjoy it. We have received numerous compliments on the look of the exterior and interior. The purchasing experience for my wife and and very much enjoy it. We have received numerous compliments on the look of the exterior and interior. The purchasing experience for my wife and I was fantastic. We went through the Costco Auto Buying program which we strongly recommend. On the day of our test drive Ross Stettner (sales) completely went over the pricing and program with us so we thoroughly understood the various costs. After the test drive we went through various aspects of the car, discussed how we were going to finance, and since our credit was frozen set up a time to come back and complete the purchase. We returned two days later and our car was upfront ready to take home. Ross, painstakingly went through all of the safety and tech features we needed to know to immediately enjoy our new car. Ross has a very warm and friendly personality and is a very good teacher. He answered every question that we could think of and let us know that if there were any concerns to feel free to call him at anytime. It was a very pleasurable experience working with Ross. The financing experience can be somewhat stressful, but not this time. We were presented with Suburu’s financing terms, which were excellent and we decided to finance our car through Suburu. The various extended warranties were explained to us with a slight push to purchase (understandable). Overall, it was a smooth purchase. We love our new Suburu and would highly recommend Luther Bloomington Acuru Suburu. Ross Stettner was EXCEPTIONAL and truly made the purchase of our new car an exciting experience. More
