for my new Escalade. In fact it started with submitting a question on their website and then within like 5 mins I got a call from Rossie on my inquir

She understood my requirement and need and in no time she set me up for a test drive same evening. When I met Rossie later in the evening at the dealership, she took me directly to the car for test drive and then some couple of hours later I drove home my new car. James wood has great facility and Rossie was an awesome advisor. She explained me all about the car, finance options, gave a fair value for my trade in. Their finance guy Tom made paperwork easy for me. Didn’t expect this level quality of service. Full points to James Wood team.
