Once I was finished with Tom in finance, who was also great and not pushy, she walked me through all the features of the car to make sure I was comfortable before taking delivery. She has also already followed up to make sure there isn't anything additional I need clarification on. Her and James Wood AutoPark will be my first look when we decide to replace my wife's vehicle. Cadillac Escalade is not an option on here, but I purchased a new 2024 model - for the record. More
