Few weeks ago I gave Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill good review, because people there were very nice and helpful. But looks like it was just temporary. Then I asked the salee person Rowland whether I can get my state inspection there? He told me they could give me the discount and I could get it easyer in Philadelphia, instead I could go to Philly location and get it free, like I did it before. Rowland called me 3 times and start giving me some excuses, like he can't make it work from New Jersey, and Tina didn't even answer my message, but in the beginning she was texting and calling me almost every day to get me in the showroom. I would never go Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill again, because they can't keep their promises to thrle customers and only want to get you into the show room, so you buy the car, and then refuse to assist you. This is a horrible place. Just horrible. They were acquired by hessert chevy but as for this particular location it is full of stress. If you want to ruin your days by calling Just horrible. They did not give me any discounts. I paid full MSRP. I paid all processing fees etc. But they did not order me a license tag. My temp tag had expired. I called them 6 times. I called Jim Borgmann six times to remind him about that license tag is due. He did not do anything. I am single father, I have to drive my kid to school. How can I do this without car being registered? I just heard from them that they had sent request for tags only a week ago. They requested tags one week before expiration date. It is how disorganized they are. Not to say they paid my trade-in also one week ago (3+ weeks after they had to do this), what forced me to do one extra payment to the prior lender. Horrible dealership. Very bad people. And not let me start about financing. They lied to me that interest rate is more than 6% before I showed them an email from another dealer telling that 60m rate is 4.2% for all colorado trucks as per GM financials. More

DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado here 8 months ago, and 3 weeks ago the check engine light came on, and it turns out it was a lemon. Needs a whole new valve body and the part is on backorder and "could take months". To make matters worse, the dealership does nothing to make things right. They told me they have "no loaner vehicles", and that I had to find my own rental vehicle for less than $44/day. After explaining that I need a truck, as I purchased the truck to tow my RV, I was told I could pay the difference out of pocket on my own to get a truck, and there was nothing they could do to help me. So I should continue payments on my lemon of a truck, and pay $16/day on top of that so I can have a replacement truck for what "could be months". Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The product is trash and the service is worse. At least you could stand by your defective products and do right by your customers, as many other dealerships do. More

The Last two visits there my Steering well cover was removed and tossed aside and I have noticed that the position of my steering wheel has been changed. If the cover is removed again and the position i removed and tossed aside and I have noticed that the position of my steering wheel has been changed. If the cover is removed again and the position is changed there will be an issue. If the cover is removed for fear of getting it dirty, then wear gloves. The Position of the wheel should not be changed for someone that is only driving the car for all of less than 2 Min. Adapt to the car or find another job. Other than the last two visits I have been coming to this dealership for several years I have bought 3 cars from this Dealership and although is not convenient to my home I prefer them over the Chevy Dealership that is closer. Please have a conversation with your lot guy about what is mentioned his job is only to shuttle cars around the lot, not make changes to customers personal cars. More
