I asked for a car wash before the car would be returned and not only did they not honor the request, I got the car back dirtier than when it was sent in, and with shards of broken car window glass in between the seats of my 2 month old car that has never been in an accident and never been near any broken glass. I will go ANYWHERE but here the next time I need work done. I think Carson has a Kia service center, it can't be any worse than the DTLA one. Go to DTLA Kia Service Center at your own peril. More
