He even sent photos of every tiny mark that the average person wouldn’t even notice walking past the car. While still in his work clothes, he got down on his hands and knees to take pictures underneath the car for me. That level of honesty and effort really sealed the deal. When we flew in, they picked us up from the airport, and the whole process at the dealership was incredibly smooth. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Roy is beyond PERFECT. he is so much fun, so sweet, and his laugh is so contagious. We giggled more than we spoke. Mike, the finance manager (i think) is fantastic, so knowledgeable, and won’t sit there and try to sell you something you don’t need! he went SO far out of his way with us just to help with cost. I also briefly met the sales manager, and he was hilarious. this place has it all! The car buying process can be lengthy, but I really felt like i was only there for an hour. The environment is awesome. again, 100% recommend. More
