A month & half after purchasing my new Kia sportage from Kia, I got a flat tire on the way to class in downtown Houston. Roy made the experience extremely fast and professional. Roy made sure my car was all clean and ready to go within the hour. Randy was extremely helpful in getting me the best price he could as I only have had the car a month and half.
