Roy did a great job going over what was to be worked on, and offered thorough, unbiased explanations of the options available (e.g. engine oil additive, types of oil, etc.). I left feeling confident in the choices I'd made. One other thing I'll note here: the waiting area was clean. That may not sound like a big deal, but since all of the other Kia dealerships and service centers look like abandoned garbage dumps, it was quite a pleasant surprise to be in one that was not only clean but neat and tidy. More
