Called 2 times this morning and talked to the same sales guy. The first time to verify it was there and the 2nd time to tell them to make sure it was clean. The second call was at 10:14 am. Everyone cancele guy. The first time to verify it was there and the 2nd time to tell them to make sure it was clean. The second call was at 10:14 am. Everyone canceled their plans and all 5 of us got in the car and drove over an hour to the dealership. We got there a little after 12 and was told to come back to the desk of the sales guy. He proceeded to tell us they didn’t have the car, that the owner of Curry Honda loaned it to his doctor. They had almost 2 hours to call us and tell us this and nothing. My daughter wanted a specific color that is only made in the 2022 models. This was a very big let down for her and now the search continues. Thank you Curry Honda. It’s good to be reminded what terrible service is from time to time so I can make sure I do not imitate the same in my business. More
