I’ve serviced my vehicle at other locations but GBLWA went above and beyond the call of “Service”. Firstly, the facility is stunning for a car dealership, looks very contemporary but you feel special jus went above and beyond the call of “Service”. Firstly, the facility is stunning for a car dealership, looks very contemporary but you feel special just walking in. Secondly, Roberto was EXTREMELY professional and HIGHLY courteous. There was no detail left untouched and at the end my bill was exactly what he told me it would be. No frills, no games, no run-around, clarity and kindness altogether. My entire experience was great from start to finish and I have no problem returning for Service. 10 out of 10!! More
