We came in for a test drive with Roy Silveria. He set me and my wife up with a Kia Sportage. An hour and a half later we had a great deal and a new car. I turned over my leased Kia Forte and headed home wit and my wife up with a Kia Sportage. An hour and a half later we had a great deal and a new car. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. He gives you the pros and cons of each trim level. He takes the time to go through the vehicle explaining all the options once the purchase is complete. The most professional thing I’ve noticed when dealing with Roy is once you drive the car off the lot his customer service doesn’t end. He continues to keep in touch months after owning the vehicle inquiring about the service department and always extends a hand if needed.
