Working with Kia of Attleboro and in particular Roy Silveira has been a great experience. On my first visit I was with my 16 year old granddaughter and as soon as we were out of the car Roy was there Silveira has been a great experience. On my first visit I was with my 16 year old granddaughter and as soon as we were out of the car Roy was there to greet us and help us get started with our car search(es). We sat and talked about different options as my lease was quickly coming to an end. Roy was wonderful about including my granddaughter Alana in the conversation as she will be getting her license in the next few weeks. When I returned a few days later I was very comfortable knowing we could count on Roy. Roy understood what I was looking for and how much I was comfortable paying monthly. Roy quickly made 2 vehicles availablefor a test drive, the Sportage and a Forte. I was very excited to leave the dealership that afternoon in my new Forte lease. Deceptive Practice! I put a $1,000.00 deposit on a Kia Seltos via phone on 4/5/21 and found out that the price quoted had jumped over $2k and they would not honor the advertised price.
