Roy was GREAT! He was so friendly. He made it the best experience we have ever had buying a new car. Our only complaint was with the man we had to deal with in the finance dept. We feel like he was almos experience we have ever had buying a new car. Our only complaint was with the man we had to deal with in the finance dept. We feel like he was almost trying to talk us out of buying the vehicle. When asked direct questions he would go on and on about several different things and would not give a specfic answer. We were in his office over an hour listening to him go on and on! We ended up adding GAP to our loan, which is something we told him twice that we did not want but he kept pushing the issue. We felt VERY pressured by him. As we said though, Roy was outstanding! We would love to be able to use HIS services again. More

This was my first time buying anything at Classic Chevy but certainly won't be the last. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very professional when it came time to bargain on the pric but certainly won't be the last. I was pleased with my purchase of a new truck at this dealer. They had a lot of options and I was able to visit a few times before making my purchase. They weren't too pushy to get the sale and were flex dealer. They had a lot of options and I was able to visit a few times before making my purchase. This was one of the top 2 car buying experiences that I have ever had. Not only were the sales personnel friendly and upbeat, they worked very hard in getting us the best deal possible. They even refinance have ever had. Not only were the sales personnel friendly and upbeat, they worked very hard in getting us the best deal possible. They even refinanced a current vehicle at a lower interest rate by almost half. Every person we dealt with throughout the entire process was just as friendly and very, very helpful in getting us into a vehicle that we were extremely happy with. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to go check out what Classic Chevrolet Cadillac has to offer. Everything was fantastic. I was slightly irritated during the finance portion of the buy. We were told that in order for us to get an interest rate lower than 14% we were going to have to get a 36 month loan the finance portion of the buy. We were told that in order for us to get an interest rate lower than 14% we were going to have to get a 36 month loan instead of a 24 month loan, and that would include a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty. I said I really don't care what the interest rate was beacause i am not going to have the loan long enough that it really matters. He said ok. When i looked at the finance papers, our rate was 9%. So he lied to us. Roy was extermely polite as well as Ray in finance. They worked with us on our expectation until we were satisfied as well as the dealership. We hated giving up our vehice, but are satisfied what we got for the trade. More
