Quick, relaxed, comfortable I called before I went in and told them what car I was interested in and Royce had the snow cleaned off and ready for me to test drive as soon as I go I called before I went in and told them what car I was interested in and Royce had the snow cleaned off and ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. The process was quick and easy. Very friendly. The financial guy, I forget his name, was also extremely friendly and informational. He gave me a handful of Sarchione Ford pens to use at my work because I'm a server. It was awesome. More

Best automobile buying experience EVER! Our truck purchase was, without a doubt, the easiest vehicle we have ever purchased!. Royce showed my husband the truck, as we quickly passed through town and that afternoon, 5 text messages later, we had an appointment to pick it up the next day! About 20 minutes after coming in, we were on our way. It’s EXACTLY how car buying should be! Everyone we encountered was so nice and we loved the casual work environment. Pittsburgh resident looking for a deal Royce was able to give me a deal close to what I wanted, but what was even more impressive was the fact that they were able to beat the interest rate Royce was able to give me a deal close to what I wanted, but what was even more impressive was the fact that they were able to beat the interest rate my bank had given me, which insured my monthly payments are lower than I had anticipated. Friendly staff all around, right down to the lady at the front desk who greeted us when we walked in. More
