Compared with previous experiences Lithia was heavenly. All the people that I worked with were terrific, Ashton, Ruben, Tony and Brian; all earned my praise. Junior and Dirk are great. My wife and I both bought vehicles from them. They are very informed, always willing to help, and made the buy process very easy. The floor manager is very hands on and willing to work with you on financing. Matt went over all the black and white paper work stuff and was very friendly as well.
