Had a great experiencing when choosing a car and negotiating with our sales associate Ruben. Oni was our original sale associate and she was amazing! She just happened to be on vacation when we came negotiating with our sales associate Ruben. Oni was our original sale associate and she was amazing! She just happened to be on vacation when we came in. Everyone was friendly except the finance lady. She spoke to our salesman rude and wouldn't direct us as the customer. Which made us feel awkward for ourselves and for Ruben who was being nothing but kind. She wouldn't directly answer our questions either she made sure to only communicate it with Ruben even though we were standing right there. Also when we sat down it was like she flipped a switch and was being overly nice to us which was also awkward since we had just experienced the previous behavior. Everyone else was welcoming and kind and definitely not pushy. I'd recommend coming here, but hope they have a different financial person. More

Ruben was top-notch. Your very informative and funny finance manager ( a woman whose name I missed), was thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I inquired about home delivery, but was told that I would still need to come to the dealership for signatures. That was disappointing due to my aversion to long waits in car showrooms. Ruben arranged for an Uber to pick me up and take me to the dealership and time spent was less than other transactions. I am concerned about obtaining the level 2 charger which Toyota said comes as standard with any EV or PHEV. I haven’t received it as of yet. So, I am rating the dealership prep as 4 instead of 5. More
