Awesome place! I have been searching for a specific car that was out of stock all over south Florida. I live in Hollywood Florida and the only dealer that had the car that I wanted was VW of Naples. Before agreeing to drive all the way (120 Miles), I spoke with Ruben on the phone and we pretty did all the deal by SMS. I ask everything a few times to make sure cause I didn’t want to drive so far for nothing. The amazing experience and friendly customer service already started on the phone. Ruben was super patient, professional and helpful! While arriving to the dealer everything was ready to go. An hour of paperwork and financial stuff and I was ready to drive home with my new car. Everything on the contract deal was precise and exactly what we have talked about! It was my best car purchasing process I ever had! (I have a few bad experiences from the past. It usually took me one or two working days to get everything done). The positive experience started with the sales specialist Ruben and ended up with Louis from financial department.
