Great Experience, Must Ask for Ruben in Sales I was greeted warmly by Ruben Glamyan in sales when I arrived at VW of Naples. Ruben was incredibly nice and personable and I really appreciated the t I was greeted warmly by Ruben Glamyan in sales when I arrived at VW of Naples. Ruben was incredibly nice and personable and I really appreciated the time and attention he dedicated to my car-buying experience. Ruben made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and wanted me to leave the dealership happy. He was extremely considerate of my time, and called/emailed ahead to schedule appointments which he was well prepared for and ready to deliver several options. He is very considerate of the buyer and conscientious of all of the things that are important to them. Ruben was dedicated to answering any of my questions and being very up front. Ruben was also willing to speak to sales managers several times in order for me to get the deal I wanted. Ruben followed up promptly and continued to check up on the car and my happiness with the car several times after I left the dealership, to include a hand written note. I would strongly recommend going to VW of Naples and asking for Ruben to all of my friends/family. More
