We knew exactly which car/package/color we wanted, but we were so disgusted with the attitudes at a different dealer we had been working with, that we We knew exactly which car/package/color we wanted, but we were so disgusted with the attitudes at a different dealer we had been working with, that we checked out Inver Grove Toyota looking for a better customer experience. We definitely got it here! Ruben King was SO great to work with. Funny, kind, and genuinely listened and answered all of our questions without any pressure. Our finance guy, Josh was amazing, too. We haven't had any experience with the service department yet, but if they're anything like the rest of the staff we've encountered in their knowledge and customer service-focused attitudes, we know we'll be in good hands. More
