Great car, great sales experience, and great people! We knew exactly which car/package/color we wanted, but we were so disgusted with the attitudes at a different dealer we had been working with, that we We knew exactly which car/package/color we wanted, but we were so disgusted with the attitudes at a different dealer we had been working with, that we checked out Inver Grove Toyota looking for a better customer experience. We definitely got it here! Ruben King was SO great to work with. Funny, kind, and genuinely listened and answered all of our questions without any pressure. Our finance guy, Josh was amazing, too. We haven't had any experience with the service department yet, but if they're anything like the rest of the staff we've encountered in their knowledge and customer service-focused attitudes, we know we'll be in good hands. Wonderful experience I needed a car right away, the engine blew up on my previous car from Carhop.. I was looking at cars online, found a couple that I liked.. Ruben King I needed a car right away, the engine blew up on my previous car from Carhop.. I was looking at cars online, found a couple that I liked.. Ruben King got ahold of me within a hour after I expressed interest in the car. It was all so easy, i just texted Ruben my info and what car I wanted and he made it happen. I didnt even have to drive there until I was ready to sign and pick up the car . In only 2 days, with no money down, I was able to drive away in a certified used car... a 2017 Toyota Camery.. I got a beautiful car that I love and I feel good about my purchase and monthly payments.. everything worked out in the end.. thank you so much Ruben King! More
